My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the room was smaller than expected and not quite as clean as I had hoped, the friendly service, convenient location in a busy shopping center, and decent dining options managed to salvage the experience. However, the cleanliness issue is something that should be addressed for future guests.
